This is the BEST massage I've ever had (& I've had a lot). Janelle is the nicest person and very gifted. I enjoyed total relaxation while she gently kneads out any knots that you have. I'm booking her 3 session special & have already told all my friends. Thank you so much for introducing me to this wonderful service. ps - her schedule fills up, so book an appointment in advance - Living Social Customer

Fabulous massage room and prize winning massage - Living Social Customer
Janelle has a 6th-sense at figuring out how to make the pain go away. My shoulder has been hurting me for months, after two sessions with her I've gained back flexibility and the pain is almost gone. I wouldn't have believed you if you told me this a month ago, so go try it yourself, she has great first time customer prices.- Sara M.
Massage is Wonderful....it was very relaxing - Mary W.
Awesome! The delightful soothing music & Janelle's experienced hands will melt all your tensions away. I would like to try something different next time, perhaps the stones. - Gail K.

Benefits of Massage Therapy
Massage can decrease muscle tension, anxiety, fears, phobias while increasing blood flow to internal organs, increase positive mental health, and improve quality of sleep. Massage can improve range of motion, ease medication dependence, enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow, and improve the condition of the body's largest organ- skin. Massage helps promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks, relieves migraine pain, release endorphins; the body's natural pain killers.
Massage for Pain and Emotional Problems
With many chronic ailments, massage can relieve the pain and help heal. As with physical problems, emotional problems may also be stimulated into self-healing with massage. In many cases, this helps eliminate the need to take harmful chemical drugs, which will unnecessarily burden the liver, kidneys, and other vital organs.
Taking Care of Yourself
Care of your body should be at the top of your priority list. You will feel and look better if you take the necessary steps regarding health and nutrition in this age of increased longevity. Stress relief alone can improve your vitality and state of mind. Massage, bodywork, and somatic therapies could play an important role in your life.
